Moments of Mindfulness: Tip 5: Bake. Celebrity Bake Off was recently on TV and it’s inspired us – why not join in and bake along at home? Spending time in the kitchen and trying new recipes is a great way to live in the moment (and if you’re not quite ready to invest in your baking skills why not order some cakes from the local bakery and support your high street?)

Moments of Mindfulness: Tip 2: Do something you love. Mindfulness is all about living in the here and now and what better way to do that than by doing something you love? Whether it’s reading, painting, writing or TV and movie reviews, what better place to do what you love from the comfort of your own home

Moments of Mindfulness:Tip 1: Try something new. To focus your attention on the present, try learning a new skill or taking up a new hobby. This picture is a throwback to our succulent making workshop, which we hosted with @smallandgreencambridge earlier in the year. It was a great way to bring people together to do something creative. Although you can’t get everyone together physically, why not pick a new skill to learn with a friend and host virtual workshops instead?
