Marleigh - George

I instantly wanted to find out more about the apartments

Driving past one day on his daily commute, George noticed Marleigh and was drawn to its prime location just outside Cambridge’s bustling centre.

George commented: “I was renting for two years in Cambridge and became overwhelmed by how expensive and challenging the area’s rental market could be. Having settled into my new job just outside the city, I knew the time was right to find my own place. I really love styling and decorating, so I was excited by this, as you are very limited with a rental property.

I spotted Marleigh one day while driving, and I instantly wanted to find out more about the apartments there. Not only did I love the accessible location and the possibility of having such a simple commute to work, but I was also drawn into the unique, modern look of the homes and the opportunity to live in a thriving, new community in Cambridge.”

"It was almost like it was meant to be when we visited - we reserved the following day! The houses at Marleigh surpassed anything else we had seen. The high ceilings, the bedroom sizes and the internal specification were very impressive...the whole house works perfectly for us".
