An inspiring new place to live
The wide choice of homes and diverse facilities will appeal to a mix of people, helping to create a vibrant community of different generations and lifestyles.
The vision is focused around its connectivity, providing people with everything they need. The heartbeat of the community sits in Jubilee Square, home to The Hangar, which currently plays host to the Marleigh community centre and Monkey Puzzle Nursery, with Signorelli's deli and Co-Op opening at a later date.
The Marleigh community centre provides a space for meeting friends and new neighbours, along with the opportunity to participate in a variety of weekly activities, including yoga, pilates, badminton and more!
In addition to the amenities, leafy walkways and pedestrian streets weave around these homes, with the added benefit of having plenty of green open space to enjoy with both Gregory Park and The Titch located to the north.

R3FORM is now open at Marleigh!
Increase your fitness levels, strength and ability to move more freely, whatever your age, body shape or fitness level and background!

Uplifting natural surroundings
The Land Trust has been appointed by the Marleigh Estate Management Company to maintain and develop the indoor and outdoor community areas. As an independent and national charity, the Land Trust has been expertly managing greenspaces across the UK for almost 20 years, from country parks, woodlands, nature reserves and other residential schemes.
Here at Marleigh, this will include 57 acres of public green open spaces, the equivalent to 44 football pitches.
The five charitable aims of the Land Trust are health, education, biodiversity, community and sustainable economy. At Marleigh the team will be managing the community centre, ensuring the safe and fair use of indoor and outdoor spaces and employing a contractor to care for the ponds, plants and trees, remove weeds and pick up litter.
